Cinnabon Cheesecake
How could ANYone walk past the Cinnabon store in the malls of the 80's & 90's and resist those luscious insanely perfect cinnamon rolls? We've recreated it here in the form of a cheesecake!
The crust is a cinnamon graham crust, topped by alternating layers of brown sugar cheesecake and cinnamon brown sugar butter crumbles, topped with an exquisite cream cheese topping and finished with a vanilla whipped top, dusted with cinnamon sugar!
It is our niece's favorite and she requests it every year! 12 jumbo minis or a 9" round.
